Over the years we have put together a unique group of professionals, and refined a system that enables us to take your program from conception to reality, within your budget. Here is a simple outline of the process to help you understand the basic steps of our design build process.

• We begin with a comprehensive survey to determine your needs and help to project your future growth. After the recommendations are discussed with the church's leadership, a master plan is developed. Financial options are reviewed and a budget is established.

  

• A plan is established to raise funding for the project. Fund raising options and financial institutions are interviewed and discussed with the church leadership. It is important to note that much of the design process and the fund raising process will be underway simultaneously.

• Preliminary plans are developed as the designer and owner work together to marry the budget and the needs of the church. Our team of design build specialist begin to develop working drawings while continually refining the design and verifying costs. Upon completion of working drawings the plans are submitted to local officials for final reviews.

• A complete set of design documents are put out for supplier and subcontractor pricing. A guaranteed maximum cost is established.

• Final documents are signed with the lender and construction of your new worship facility begins.
